When Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC, opened its doors in 2004, we focused on designing and building custom homes for discerning homebuyers in the Tucson area. We believe that every family deserves a home that is both beautiful and highly functional. We ensure that the homes we design provide a safe and comfortable environment in which individuals can happily grow older.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our line of services. We’re now pleased to work with designers, architects, and builders on custom projects in both the new construction and home remodeling niches. In addition, we take great pride in our work on historic building renovations throughout Tucson, particularly in the downtown barrios. As native Tucsonans, it’s our great privilege and joy to protect and revive our local treasures.

Pre-Build Consultations
Although it’s an option to purchase a completed home already on the market, many homebuyers find that the currently available properties fail to meet their needs and preferences. We work closely with individuals and families, providing extensive pre-build consultation services that support them in their journey to build their own dream home.
We’ll evaluate your must-haves and preferences in light of your budget. After providing a preliminary project evaluation, we’ll connect you to reputable designers and architects in the area
Project Evaluations
The project evaluation is a crucial step in the lifecycle of a building project. This is a closer, more detailed analysis of your project. We’ll carefully assess the architectural plans provided by your architect. Then, we’ll determine which modifications, if any, are necessary to prepare the site for development.
Budget Analysis & Planning
For many homebuyers, the budget is one of the most important aspects of the building process. We offer in-depth budget analysis and planning services. These include a full, detailed overview of your total project budget based on the architectural plans, site requirements, and your own preferences for your new home. We’ll also develop a reasonable timeline for the build process so you know what to expect.
Design Build Options
At Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC, we are proud to offer à la carte home design services. Based on your vision for your dream home, we’ll design and draft the plans for your home, ensuring that they are aligned with all prescriptive building codes. We’ll even submit your plans to the necessary entities in order to obtain your building permits.
Green & Wellness Project Consulting
Green and wellness project consulting is a specialty of ours. In fact, we were the first builder in all of Southern Arizona to complete the certification for the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building program. Our LEED certification is a reflection of our commitment to developing highly efficient, cost-saving homes that protect our environment for future generations.
