ABOUT US

Gipson Corwin Homes

At Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC, we believe your house should be more than just your sanctuary. It should be a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing place that you’re proud to call your home. What’s more, you should feel confident knowing that your home is actively reducing your carbon footprint and helping to preserve the environment for future generations to enjoy. We specialize in taking these dreams and turning them into reality.

OUR
HISTORY

Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC, was founded in 2004 by builder and owner Tim Polito. Initially, our company primarily focused on designing and building custom homes. Right from the start, we were determined to do things differently because we believe homeowners deserve the very best. Each of our homes is constructed to exceed national standards. Our thoughtful designs incorporate the best of sustainable living practices directly into the property—inside and out. As a result, our homebuyers are able to enjoy a healthy standard of living and the confidence that comes from knowing their homes are eco-friendly, sustainable, and energy-efficient.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our service line. Now, we also provide complete support services to other building professionals—namely, designers and architects. We enjoy helping homeowners improve the sustainability, beauty, and functionality of their homes via our home remodeling projects. We also consult with other professionals on new construction projects.

Furthermore, we are passionate about our Tucson community. We enjoy taking on the unique challenges of historic building renovations. You’ll find our historic renovations throughout the Tucson area, including in the downtown barrios.

OUR
FOUNDER

Tim Polito is the founder and owner of Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC. He is proud to be a native Tucsonan, having been born and raised on a horse ranch right here in the local community. Initially, Tim worked in the entertainment industry. He enjoyed the opportunities to travel the world. However, Tim always knew that there was something more he could do with his life.

Since Tim had always enjoyed making things with his hands and was passionate about the design process, he decided the building industry was the best fit for him. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development and Construction Drafting at the University of Arizona. There, he learned the guiding principles of sustainable development and eco-friendly building. After graduating, Tim went to work for the State of Arizona, but he soon followed his passion into the construction trade and launched Gipson Corwin Homes, LLC.
